Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at organicecret@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free exchange for the correct item.
