We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 5000. Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We accept JazzCash, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD). Prepayment is required for certain products and special orders.

For best results, use our Premium Hair Oil twice a week and leave it on for 3-4 hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo.
13. Can I use your shampoo after applying other oils?
Yes! Our shampoo effectively cleanses all types of oils. However, for the best results, we recommend pairing it with our Premium Hair Oil.
14. Can pregnant women use rosemary oil in hair products?
Yes, our hair oil is made with natural ingredients, including rosemary. However, if you have concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.

15. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or leaking product, please contact us immediately at team@organicecret.com with pictures of the damaged item for a replacement.
16. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product, we will replace it.
